The personal mobility laws in Florida changed in 2016. pursuant 316.003 and 316.2068 Segway's are now allowed in Volusia co. parks. If you are approached by park employees simply tell them you are using a personal mobility device. This doesn't require a handicap endorsement. Park...More

Take the grandkids regularly to play on the playground and run off some energy. Us oldies like to walk and look at the fish, and the little animals in the area. It is close to our house and there's lots of activities for everyone.

Went with my cousin and his wife to see the Manatees. Took the boat tour and walked along the river. They loved it.

We moved to DeBary a few months ago and wanted to explore the area including the parks, of which DeBary has plenty. Gemini Springs has a nice playground, fields, walking trials and some campsites. You'll see plenty of wildlife, including rabbits and gators. Oh yeah,...More

Don't panic, the baby gator was in a restricted area but it was fun to see. I'd still say if you go with small children don't let them wander off. The park is large and there is a pier for fishing. There are also plenty...More

Good bike and walking trails. Spring is not very clear or viewable compared to Blue Springs. No swinmming. Not worth a trip unless you want to bike.

I am not sure about this since I only go for the nature walk. I am sure if you call the park they will be able to answer that question.
