A hidden treasure on the north end of Amelia Island. Learn about the history of this fort which was occupied by the North and the Southern armies during the Civil War.

Fort Clinch is one of our musts when we visit Fernandina! Very cool fort and a shark teeth hunting beach. Also a swimming beach. Historical gem. Well maintained.

This is a good thing to see if you are a Civil War history buff. $6.00 for car to enter state park and $2.50 per person to enter Fort. One man walking around in Union Army uniform but we did not talk to him.
