You have almost access to everything in the fort. The stress many cannons still in the fort and you are allowed to walk through the many building that housed the soldiers of the fort.

Enjoyed a long bike ride through the park. It’s quiet and beautiful. Stopped off at the Fort for a quick self tour. Great view from The top of the Fort.

We had never heard about this place until we came to Amelia Island. The restoration has been well done and the visitor center museum is informative. Our time here was worthwhile, educational and enjoyable. Nice job Florida State Parks!
