We rented the Payaks, (the kayaks that are also stand up paddleboards), They were very cool and we would do this again. The creek we were on was nice and calm. We were told to go to the train tracks and back and we didnt get lost at all. There is so much plant life along the creeek that it... More

our tour guide was Shari was awesome. we had a group of 6 "middle aged" people, with various stages of kayak experience. the kayaking was relaxing and the scenery beautiful. We went to a remote beach for hiking. Shari our guide was knowledgeable and respectful of the area. We kayaked back and had a relaxing picnic lunch surrounded by the... More

We spent a lovely afternoon paddling through the beautiful scenery along the calm waters of Lofton Creek. Shari is an amazingly informative and sweet guide and especially entertaining with children as she shares local lore about the creatures and people who have lived along the river. I can't wait to take another river trip with Shari...next time to some of... More

Wonderful, relaxing kayak trip from a remote spot to a state park. Beautiful marshes and island hike in nature with very few humans other than us!

Wonderful experience. Six of us took a guided kayak tour combined with a hike through a state park. Highly recommend. The guide provided everything. Kayak lesson, kayaks, guided tour and so much fun. Great adventure for all ages. Definitely a do over.

We had a great 2-hour self guided kayak trip on Lofton Creek. It's a very peaceful and relaxing trip. Definitely worth the money to see the beautiful Florida landscape along this creek.

Nice little kayak trip throughout Lofton Creek. We opted for the self-guided tour and so glad we did! We were able to go at our own pace -- so long as we returned the kayaks within the 3 hour time slot. Beautiful creek and very friendly people to deal with! Highly recommend!

We went down Lofton Creek (I think). We did not do a guided tour. They just brought the kayaks to the boat ramp, helped unload them, set us up with paddles and life jackets and sent us on our way. It was a fun 4 hours. Easy and no fuss. Just show up and paddle. Good price, too.

From beginning to end, easy-going and entertaining Shari and Steve educated our group on kayaking and local wildlife. Our entire group raved about the experience. Absolutely would use this company again!

What a great day! Shari and Steve from Amelia Island Adventures were the best!! It was a wonderful guided tour and nature lesson wrapped into one! They were so great about sharing information about the vegetation of the area and the wildlife! Shari was very professional about calling back, meeting points and payment.
