Plenty of places to stay, eat and visit. Very clean and great area for families. Take a river ferry up and down the river to get around.

A pleasant visit at Fort Lauderdale and its canals but to save time or to go further, take a boat that will make your tour faster and more accurate !

Certainly not to compare with San Antonio Riverwalk, but nevertheless a nice part of downtown Lauderdale.

I like to park behind the police station south of River Walk. I think it's like $1.25 an hour or so. Great place to sit by 3rd avenue bridge too

Not sure; There are bricks on the walkway everywhere with names on them. A great walk right to the end. Bring your camera and sit in the massive Adirondack Chair and have your picture taken. It's hilarious.
