Our 4 y.o. had a great time with the displays that allowed interaction. Some exhibits that allow interaction are better suited for older children for hand, eye coordination.

The museum has many attractions for school children but many do not have wheelchair accessibility. Many equipment would need renovation or upgrade.

If you really want to see and do EVERYTHING, then at least 3-4 hours. This is assuming that you want to read about the exhibits and wait to play with most of the interactive ones.
