Las Olas is a high-fashion, high-priced, tourist Mecca, and has been for many, many years. It's picturesque and a pleasure to stroll, although parking can be a problem at times and in certain locations. The main shopping/dining area is about six blocks long. Several events, especially during snowbird season, draw crowds in the thousands, whether it is one of three... More

Las Olas is very long- starting by the sea and goes all the way to the city center. It's a bit dull if you start walking at the sea and it will take you a while to get to the nice shops, cafes and restaurants. But it's worth it.

Great places to eat especially during the cool months, highly recommend Rocco's Tacos, Himmarshee Bar and Grill and Tarpon Bend. I have never had an issue with either of those places.

Really cool speciality shops and super artsy. Do not expect many margins though. The real estate is super pricey. Thus so are the stores but high end shopping is here.

A large variety of shops and restaurants to satisfy most any taste with varying price ranges. Several restaurants right on the river with a nice walking path for a leisurely stroll. Live music is also available.
