Port Everglades is conveniently located within easy driving distance from almost every part of Fort Lauderdale. It is nicely layed out and offers several types of transportation to and from cruise ships.

It was easy to find our Gate and going through the line ups weren't too bad. It had nice views of the other cruise ships which I enjoyed watching sail away like my ship.

I have travelled from this port on several occasions. Many improvements have been made to improve traffic pattern. There is still construction in the area. Even with 6 ships in port getting to our pier was easy. If you have rental car from airport, many...More

Was fairly easy to get off the boat and pass through the security area to get my luggage and then proceed to the outside and either prearranged transportation or Taxi's. It took far longer to get off the ship it seemed like they were disorganized.

I know you have to go through a security checkpoint to get into the port and I’m not sure they’re set up to allow walking traffic.

There is parking right next to the entrance of the ports. If I remember correctly is $15/day and you pay when you park before you leave on the cruise for the week.
