The entertainment, atmosphere and authenticity were great, but my party of 14 were all disappointed in their entree. We had a range of the chicken dishes, beef dishes, and Lobster, but only one person really enjoyed their meal. The drinks on the other hand, were fantastic, even the non alcoholic ones and the birthday cake we ordered was also yummy.... More

We used this site to reserve a table for an upcoming trip. All we got was stress and headaches. First they made the reservation, then we get a phone call from restaurant, saying they won't take reservations that far ahead ( 2 months) but say they will honor ours. About a week later we get another email from the reservation... More

Very good night out excellent location well maintained with an "authentic" feel to it . I was surprised at the quality of the food would have preferred an alternative to ice cream for dessert but no big deal. The high point of the show for me were the fire dancers

I gave Mai Kai a maximum rating mainly because of the show. The server was very nice and helpful. The food is okay. However, the show is terrific...the female dancers are wonderful. The male dancers are amazing...we were awed by their fire tricks as they danced and moved everywhere with their torches! The themed atmosphere of the restaurant is also... More

Wow! We could not have asked for better! The food was delicious, service impeccable and the show was the best I've seen in years. Amanda went out of her way, to make sure we had a perfect birthday celebration. My daughter is now planning her birthday there for February. It has been several years since our family has been to... The Mai Kai is the oldest continually operating Tiki bar in the U.S.. That's why we, as big tiki enthusiasts, went. The decor of the place delivers on all of the over-the-top, self-conscious kitsch that it has always been about. So the best aspect of the Mai Kai is its place in the history of Tiki chic. The floor show... More

There is dancing and music that is very entertaining. The food was great, great presentation and choices for all types of tastes. It gets busy, don't wait to book reservations!

This place is advertising polynesian food and show. The food was actually cold. I mean cooked on the outside and raw in the inside. The bathrooms were super dirty, there were actually bugs having a party of their own next to the toilet. The show was not impressive at all. I have been to Hawaii and saw what is supposed... More

The building was amazing and the scenery was really cool. You could tell they put a lot of time into giving you the feeling you were on an island. The vallet was nice and the wait staff was knowledgeable. That being said, I was not as impressed with the food or the show itself. The food was way overpriced for... More
