$41 twilight rate during season. Avoid President's day. Needs better agronomy maintenance. Water only comes into play on a few holes but sand bunkers are everywhere-- around 100 sand traps

First of all, Heron Bay is no longer a TPC course....nor should it be. Fifty dollars for a Saturday 1:00 tee time. Here's what we got. There were not enough golf carts to get us out on time. We got out 30 minutes after the...More

First hole, two huge gravel sand pits (some play these as waste bunkers, given that few were raked. an honest mistake given the sand/gravel mix) with a 10 yard landing area between them 190-230 yards out, next shot to a green with two huge silt...More

Wide open course with 92 traps strategically placed. Course management is critical to play. Sometimes, the strategy is to decide which trap you most want to avoid, because anything other than a controlled shot will inevitably be in a trap.

Difficult golf course, especially into the wind. The golf course is not manicured as well as other TPC I've seen (so far I've seen only 3 though). Considering the new ownership, I'm not sure it's going to get any better.

The new owners are Canadian and part of the club link properties. They offer multiple memberships with access to Palm Aire, Woodlands CC, and Eagle Trace CC. These are all in much better condition then Heron Bay. It's a shame they can't get the greens...More

I am an avid golfer that enjoys a nice, well maintianed golf course that plays 2-3 days a week. This course may have been the worst course I have ever played! The pro shop had minimal inventory and looked like they were going out of...More

Great golf course that I would recommend to anyone. However, your bunker play had better be on the mark - this place has more sand traps than just about any other golf course in South Florida!
