Went on Saturday around noon. Not overly crowded. Started in visitor's center which was interesting. Then walked through slough. Pleasant walk in nature. Spent about 2 hours total for $2 parking fee.
We drove up to this place not knowing exactly what to expect. The trails are all boardwalk so that made it nice. We didn’t see as much wildlife as I had hoped but all in all it was worth the trip
We have been there 3 times, and every time there is something new to see. We would suggest to anyone going there for the first time to walk with a guide.
Enjoyed our walk here although we got caught in a brief shower. Lots of colorful water birds and a few gators as well. Just have to pay for parking.

Beautiful park. Has walking trail with great views. Places to stop and take pictures and lots of animals to see durring your walk.
