Great to see the sea and relax. Love seeing all the kites fling out in the open. You can really view all of the beach from there.

We love a walk on the pier. But not worth the time fighting traffic unless you go while eating at Anglers or something at The Boardwalk. Our daughter enjoyed seeing the birds and watching people fish. Worth the $2 to walk out especially at sunset.

Excellent pier with excellent view of surrounding Gulf and the beaches of Fort Walton's main island. Don't plan on visiting just once. You will be back.
