Looks nice on the outside. This theater was great when new. Unfortunately it’s now a dump. The seats are disgusting and falling apart. See the pic. Unlimited movies for $25 a month coupled with the theater’s lack of funds or willingness to keep the place up is going to be its downfall. I usually overlook the dilapidated seats but this time I got bug bites and that’s just too much to handle to see a movie. Do something, Regal.

We have started back going to the movies and excited to go to Celebration Point - newest in our area. We paid quite a bit of money, as far as we are concerned, to see the Elvis movie. Well, this time, it was a disappointment. After ordering super buttery popcorn,..no napkins!!!!! Then, the restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels after washing hands. The toilets weren't cleaned and the garbage deposits in the stalls were overflowing. This was a 1:50 showing ending at 5. Ridiculous! Until things get cleaned up, not going back there. We have other options.

This theater opened only a few months ago so it still has that brand-new feel to it. There are different size screens depending on the movie you’re seeing, with ticket prices that vary accordingly. Tip: on the larger screens, try to sit towards the back to really see the full screen without craning your neck. The large, leather, reclining seats recline all the way back, so don’t be tempted to sleep. Ticket prices are fair and I like how you can buy online or with the Regal app and just print your ticket from the kiosk. This will be my go-to movie theater in Gainesville from this point forward.

Newest theater in Gainesville. Reclining, comfortable seats with snack trays. Overall the theater was clean and roomy. We saw Frozen II and the picture and sound quality were what we would expect from a new theater. The screen is huge.

This theater is very clean and they have a food court and loung in it. The celebration point is right across the street from it.

In our area, the old Regal Theatres have been retrofitted with large recliner-style seating, which is appreciated. This is the first new theatre complex I've seen, and it is very nice, built from scratch with modern amenities. The Celebration Pointe area is a large development that is only partially completed. In a few years, this will become a high-demand entertainment and residential area and this theatre will be in the center of it. The per-seat prices are about $2 higher than in our area, but that may reflect overall higher costs in the Gainesville area.

Nice theater with all the bells and whistles one would expect from a new complex. Reclining seats, state of the art sound system, newest visual technology are abundant in Gainesville's newest complex. All of this comes with the crazy rising costs associated with going to the movies. Matinee will set a couple back >$22. That's if you purchase at the box office... for the MATINEE. If you purchase with the "app", tack on an extra fee for the "convenience" of early purchase. Shouldn't the cost BE LESS since you are purchasing electronically? That's the new cost of "entertainment."

The "PG" is how "Pretty Goofed" up the city & county leaders made all of the recent Celebration Pointe and Butler Plaza area. Traffic in and around the area is practically impassable because of the backasswards thinking of local leaders. They don't know what they are doing other than giving all the tax breaks to the developers and passing costs to the residents. One lane roads and 4 way stops at major intersections with unsynchronized traffic signals. The dimwit mayor said he was going to fix the traffic signal issues. NOT!!!

Went to see Fast and Furious in the RPX theater. Great experience with their impressive-sound system. All reclining chairs makes it super comfy. We all got a large popcorn to share with unlimited refills. Tried to order drinks a the bar but seemed to be out of stock on all the drinks/ingredients that we were trying to order on the menu, which was a bummer. If your trying to get a drink, I wouldn’t recommend getting it here unless they improve the bar service but other than that this is my favorite movie theater.

We had a great time at celebration Theatre, we went to see fast and furious and the seats were great they recline and I really enjoyed the experience. We got a large popcorn that was refillable that was a good move for four people and I got a lemonade cocktail that was average and they were out of stock of most of their drinks. But the overall experience was good just work more on customer service and bettering the bar and the menu to actually have what’s on the menu.
