The University of Florida is very large southern research University. I attended the college of engineering 40 years ago. The campus has changed significantly! The feel of the campus is the same. Large brick edifices, ivy covered, and large windows. Lake Alice still has gators....More

Still disappointed Amtrak shuttered Waldo’s Train Station. Numerous times the “Silver Meteor” delivered me there to my maternal grandparents who then drove us to their home in Fort White.

In town recently for the Uf vs UAB game our first UF football experience. Parking was not as bad as advertised. We parked in the garage by Rawlings hall. The walk to the stadioum was only about 15 minutes.

Beautiful campus to explore. We enjoy walking around this historic campus. The brick buildings are the perfect backdrop to a scenic stroll.

Check out the UF school and sports. All year long you can see many different sports and for students of UF they are free (except for football). Great education and good sporting teams.

UF is a good university with outstanding athletic programs and a few nationally recognized academic programs. The city and campus is too crowded and can be difficult to maneuver around.

While we were in Gainesville, my mom and visited the UF campus a few times to see the landmarks...and even to try the Hare Krishna lunch. We found the campus to be so beautiful, the students very friendly & helpful, and experiences so enjoyable!
