The course has a very nice layout, and is very, very scenic. Not a hard course at all, with open fairways, not much water to worry about, and few and minor carries to get over. The problems arise once you hit the greens. They are some of the worst I’ve ever played on. Only one or two had an actual... More

For $18 a round you get what you pay for.Needs a lot of tender loving care to bring back to a quality course, greens slow, bunkers unplayable due to lack of sand and weeds, tee box's need cutting.I still enjoyed my round of golf on the east course at grenelefe and would play this course again, its still a challenging course.

I am just finishing up a week vacation here at Grenelefe. I am an avid golfer and tennis player and did play a bit of each while here. It is obvious that the golf courses here were at a point in time (80's maybe into early 90's) a great place to play golf. The layout of the holes, placement of... More

Course is quite nice and has many challenging holes. It is difficult to get to and the people that play there have no concept of golf etiquette. There were no rangers and I played 18 holes as a single, no attempt to pair me with another group. Three nice ladies let me play through on the third hole and then... More

It is a nice course, nice staff with nice greens during winter seasons. But it was sad to see that the maintenance was low. Bunkers filled with grass not rinsed in month, tees not cut in weeks, parts of fairways almost without grass.

South course more difficult but much more enjoyable. Go;f pro very helpful and course kept in good repair. Very popular during season especially when snow birds are here.

On arrival you might think the place is shut down, or it did the last few occasions we played here, there were a few people around the pool but the clubhouse was empty apart from the pro in the shop, we paid the $28 for a round on the East course, headed out to the first tee, the course was... As a member we play other courses because the course is water logged during the summer and is often unplayable

Every year I invite some friends from Canada down to play a few rounds and I have never heard anyone say anything other than it was a great golf experience. Maybe I am not as in depth with my knowledge of what the nuances/layout/condition/prices etc are that make one golf course better than others, but I have fun a Grenelfe... More

We took a guys trip here to play golf for 3 days. Overall he had a good time, as we always do. The course layout is good with some challenging holes and some breaks along the way. Course and club house need some work. A lot of the decor is stuck in its 90s hay day. Some good rates to... More
