One of my favorite places to go and to take visitors. It’s like a small-scale zoo with a personal touch. Don’t miss the afternoon talks at the education center where you get to see and pet all kinds of animals and birds. A real treat!

It is very pretty and serene, we enjoyed it. In our group we had kids from age 3 to 16. It’s a great place to spend an hour and a half, doesn’t have to be an all day thing.

If you're in the Jupiter area, plan to visit the Wildlife Sanctuary. They have a lot of different animals. We've never seen so many ACTIVE turtles before -- check out the pond. We liked how they had an alligator and a crocodile displayed side by...More

This was a neat sanctuary with a good variety of animals. Paths were clear and it only is donations to visit. Wish the visitors center and gift shop were open the day we came by.

This is a small but important sanctuary for wildlife. Allows the public to visit and see the birds and animals that are either being rehabilitated to be released back into the wild or those being treated to be kept in the sanctuary because they could...More

This is a wildlife rehab facility. Some residents are permanent due to injuries that prevent them from being released. There is a lot of shade on the walkways which is nice on a hot day. You get relatively close to the animals. There are attendants...More

The Wildlife Sanctuary is worth the drive. We were impressed with the animals, site and the staff. If you can plan your trip to include the 3:00 p.m. amphitheatre show and "get to know" the owl, snake, alligaor and skunk, it is an experience. Kudos...More

What a lovely little animal sanctuary. Well maintained and staffed. The bears, bobcats and panthers were especially interesting. Also a lot of birds and some nice natural areas to wander thru. This is a donation only facility and one that everyone should support.

Wonderful place to take the kids and guests for up close observation and to get educated on our Florida Wildlife. Please remember to leave a nice donation to support this amazing rehabilitation center.

Kim K gave the best answer. There are some areas that are only accessed by stairs but most are wood chips and narrow- prob just wide enough for a wheelchair but not easy to navigate because of the surface.
