Overview
More
In 2012 the iconic boat the African Queen was restored for her 100 year centennial celebration. In May 2012 she once again began plying the waters of Key Largo and currently offers canal and dinner cruises. We go out daily at 10am, 12am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. On Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm we offer a dinner cruise to the Pilot House Marina where passengers disembark and enjoy dinner in the restaurant before boarding the vessel once again to return to the Marina Del Mar. Dinner and lunch cruises are also available on request for groups of at least 4 people.

This little cruise met our expectations completely. Staff and captain are easy going and very accommodating and we learned a lot about the movie. However, we received a call about 4 hours before or scheduled cruise ( 4:00PM) asking if we could reschedule for 10:00...More

We really enjoyed the opportunity to take a little ride on the African Queen. Captain Richard was friendly and very informative. I would recommend watching the movie before taking the ride on the boat.

Have done both the dinner cruise and the day cruise, both are extremely enjoyable and reasonably priced. The dinner cruise provided a very nice dinner and social environment.

Rewatching the movie as I write this. It was a wonderful experience to ride on this historic boat. The restoration work is fantastic, and hearing the story of this boat while heading down the canals and out onto the ocean is an experience that the...More

Did not take the cruise because my husband was concerned about motion sickness. It is still worth walking along the dock to see the boat and talking to the friendly captain. Would have loved to take the cruise.

I'm wanting to take my wife on the dinner cruise for our anniversary in September, 2017. The website stops in the month of June I believe. So does this mean they are not open during this time? - Thanks in advance, Kelli Croft

Hello there, the price of a canal cruise is $49 per person plus tax. There are also dinner cruises which are $89 per person on Friday and Saturday's early evening. Kind Regards The African Queen
