Stumbled upon this memorial and the pier. Nicely done. Not a lot of shade, so bring some water and a hat.

The AIDS Memorial in Key West is located next to Higg's Beach. It is very low key and tasteful. We though it ann appropriate memorial to those who have died Dom this awful disease. May they rest in peace.

We stopped to see this memorial and I am impressed with what they've done. This is a somber reminder of this awful illness. And next to you is the African Memorial and a beautiful beach and Pier to walk on. Worth a stop.
