Lovely spot. The beach along the water is stony and hard to walk on. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Looked like it was getting busy by afternoon as we were leaving. So go in AM to secure a spot or picnic table.

Plenty of shade, picnic tables, bathrooms, cafe and a lovely beach although with rocks and a fantastic sunset. We ve been one afternoon with our child and pleasantly surprised.

Yes, you can see fish, but not as many as on the snorkeling tours. But for the inexpensive price, there are a good number of fish to be seen.

Sorry, can't help you, but I too enjoyed those lovely trees at Fort Zachery. I'm hoping that lots of places in the Keys come through with out great harm.
