great bars, great food. great people watching. lively atmosphere. Even though this was a very hopping bar scene, I felt safe late at night.

Duval street is my happiest place on earth. Everyone is friendly and the entertainment is awesome. My favorite places are Irish Kevin's and lazy gecko and Willie T's. If your on Duvall it's impossible not to have a blast !! Can't wait to return.

So many people, so many drinking and dining options makes for great people watching and some awesome galleries to separate you from your money. Can't stay away from this place, a very mellow vibe.

Great Wall. Many many shops, restaurant and bars of all types. It is very well maintained and shows the color and culture of the Keys.

shops, bars, museums and unnamed places all coexist along duval. We try to visit when there are no cruise ships in (check the cruise ship web site). It's kind of fun if not done too often. Always a chance to see a free range rooster...More

Interesting place. Lots of shopping, dining, drinking and nightlife. Crowded toward Mallory square especially when cruise ships came in.

Parking is difficult to find but if you are able park at the end of Duval, walk down to the waterfront and go back again. Take your time, shop, stop for a drink - if later in the afternoon or evening stop at the $2...More

Lots of bars to bar hop from safely and without the worry of having to get transportation from one place to another.

We loved the action, the live music & excitement for all ages! We took our young grandchildren as well as senior adults. Everyone loved it! Stop at Willy T's for lunch😉

We are staying in a condo on Smathers Beach in May for a week. We will be renting a car. Looking for recommendations for good a good day trip. Would visiting other keys be too far for a one day trip? Thank you!

It is a perfect day trip up the keys! Be aware traffic can get heavy, but that is something we do every time, all the way to Islamorada!
We are going to the keys. Do we stay on Key West and hop the keys, or is there an option to stay on one of the Keys?

I would suggest staying in a middle key like islamorada or marathon. The hotel rates are more affordable. I usually stay on islamorada but I stay in very basic motels. I spend most of my time outside anyway! I would suggest... More
