Worth a visit and a photo! I think people visit just to say they have been there. It's right on the seafront, so you get a sea view but not much else ! Usually a small line of people queuing for photos.

It is cool that it is closer to Cuba than the closest Walmart. Not much to see but fun for a picture and many people are will to help take pics.

Short line for a photo op but worth the wait. Very easy walk from Key West busy area, about a mile. Totally doable - we walked with a 6 and 8 year old NY's.

It is just a painted buoy denoting the Southernmost point of the USA. But I finally got a picture. Stood in line for about 1/2 hour which wasn't bad

It is not far off of Duval Street. I am not sure about the public transportation because we walked everywhere.
Can you walk there from the cruise port and how long would it take ? Thanks
