Nice little Beach!

We went to Anne's Beach today. Didn't know that the Keys doesn't have many beaches except for the man made ones at the resorts. We just wanted to swim at a nice beach. Not a lot... read more

We stoped at Annie's Beach on our way back home from Key West. We had seen the beautiful view and ocean from the car, and wanted to take a swim. We were so dissapointed. There was no beach, just rocks and it looked filthy. The water was warm, but a lot of seagrass, sand and "other ting" made it look... More

We went to Anne's Beach today. Didn't know that the Keys doesn't have many beaches except for the man made ones at the resorts. We just wanted to swim at a nice beach. Not a lot of sand but they have little huts along the boardwalk that you can put your belongings in while you swim. The further down you... More

This was a nice beach for young kids. It is shallow and rocky but a good beach for the Keys. The biggest problem was crossing the road. The parking is on the opposite side of the road from the beach.

In our stay in islamorada, we ventured of looking for picturesque places to see. This place is one of them. No cost to see. Parking a bit tight. Lots of tourist. Quick stop thru. It has bathrooms too. Trails to walk on. Bring liquids to drink.

Facilities include free outdoor showers and bathrooms. A wooden boardwalk with covered picnic tables overlooking the Atlantic Ocean line the shore. The water was very shallow and not very clear, with some debris along the shore. It wasn't the best beach for swimming or playing, but the facilities were ok.

This area looks very pretty and good for taking photgraphs. As far as swimming the bottom is a very squishy, mucky bottom and very very shallow. Not a big area at all. Parking is also very small and limited. This is more for a quick stop to take a break and look around not for swimming.

I am living in the keys for the summer and it's not the easiest to find a decent beach that doesn't cost any money. This is it. Nice water, very shallow for a ways out, and like someone before me mentioned, GREAT area for beginning snorkelers. My 7yo is learning to snorkel and this was the perfect spot! We saw... More

The keys are definitely not known for their long white sandy beaches, the are practically non-existent. But this little gem is the best of the keys. Not too much sand, but great for the family, especially, if you have small children. Very shallow water and the kids will love it. Parking is sparse, so park across the street and walk.
