Great area to explore. Lots of shops and resaurants showing off the Cuban culture with lots of great music and food. Tourist trinkets are a little high priced but the area makes up with the overall vibe.

We spent our Sunday afternoon strolling seating and taking in the Cuban area of Miami. We enjoyed a beautiful day shopping and eating at a Cuban restaurant and stoping in a bakery for cafe and dessert.

Along the SW 8th street there is this area called Little Havanna. Cigar stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a bit of exile cuban flair. Its a must to explore while visiting Miami.

Little Havana is a cool wee area of Miami. We were told to keep to the main streets as some areas are abit dodgy. We never felt unsafe.

The area has come a long way and has become a major tourist hotspot. Take a cab to Domino park and you can stroll the day away. Good food choices and live music is pretty common all days.
