This is a great way to see the Everglades! I forget our guide's name, but our driver Castle was GREAT at finding wildlife. We saw so many gators, much to the surprise of our guide (as it is often hard to see them in the...More

$25 per person in addition to the $25 to enter the park. Not much to see- saw about 6 different kinds of birds, some gar fishes, 1 alligator. Otherwise you walk up the observation tower in the middle of the tour, try to withstand the...More

I spent the day out in the Everglades, concentrating on the northern part of the park. I got in an air boat ride, and then came down to Shark Valley for the afternoon. Shark Valley is fantastic, with some great areas around the visitor centre,...More

We loved the two hour tour with Gene and Sylvia as our guides! They are fun and informative. So many mosquitoes so be prepared. We only saw two alligators because it's the rainy season.

We did the 15mile loop on rented bikes. It was a nice ride and took just over 2 hours. We saw multiple alligators in the path and turtles in the pond. However there was LOTS of bugs. The best time to visit the Everglades is...More

We visited Shark Valley during a recent trip to Naples Fl and took the tram tour. The guide was excellent and thanks to the driver's eagle eyes we were able to see loads of animals, including 'gators at really close quarers. Definitely worth doing

I wouldn't pay $25 again for that ride. If you go, make sure you sit in the front car. The driver would stop and show the front car alligators and turtles. Then by the time he drove a little further so the back half could...More

We had a great time on the tram tour at Shark Valley. The tram is comfortable and you can really hear through the intercom system. That's a good thing as Anthony, our guide, was enthusiastic, interesting, knowledgable and funny. The driver was so nice to...More

They are never that ‘active’ since they are cold blooded, but they are certainly more visible from December through April. During this time, water levels are lower, bringing them closer together. Temperatures are cooler... More

Reservations are recommended, but not required. The 1:00 tour is first come first serve due to congestion issues in the parking area. If space remains, reservations can be made for 2, 3, or 4 PM. Bikes would have to be... More
