This was a great experience. I had fun even though I had to be rescued twice. The second rescue was not so fun. I fell through the end of the 2nd to biggest obstacle course that was definitely not made for short people. I hurt myself pretty bad. Other than that the staff was nice. The ziplining part was fun. And it was nice they had animals there for kids to see and feed. It's great for beginners. The training is excellent. The staff was well trained and equipped for any issues that occurred.

Excellent experience! Be ready to be challenged mentally and physically. Zip lines are shorter than expected and you spend more time on obstacle courses. A lot of balancing and core! Wear the gloves and don’t quit!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend at all. My 11 year old son fell and had to be rescued. He was not permitted to continue the course. Vendor refused to provide a refund. If I could give no stars I would.

This could have been a great experience if it were managed by people that knew what they were doing. The details aren't clear, it's a mess and participants weren't grouped for example my teenage kids were place behind two large unathletic women that were clearly not prepared for this activity physically or emotionally. They delayed what should have been a fun 40 min activity to a two hour torture that my kids were stuck up there and no one did anything to get these women down or have the kids go around them. It's ruined our experience entirely. We've been to many zip lines in Orlando and NC and I've never seen this mess before.

Terrible experience. Poor management. There are not clear explanations or ways to get out if you need a break. Definitely not worth what you pay!

friends had to be taken down cause of rain. Staff member Albert was very rude to them. He didn’t know what he was doing and kept screaming at his team members on what ropes he had to connect. As if he expected them to know procedure for this kind of thing instead of explaining properly. one of my friends finger got caught in the rope and with no regard pushed her off spraining her finger. He repeated this behavior and my next friend had her helmet almost choke her. In an already dangerous situation, how he handled this could have made it infinitely worse.

THIS IS A WORK OUT!!! We had a blast. It was so challenging. The staff was super helpful in getting us prepared. only issue was the amount of traffic during the actual course. We got stuck quite a few times waiting on people ahead of us. Plan to be there for 2 hours

We had a lot of fun here. Dee was our guide for the courses on the top level and he was very encouraging.
The courses are really fun and we felt safe the whole time. The views from the higher levels are beautiful and honestly distracted me from how high up it was lol. I will say the top level can be pretty challenging but nothing too difficult for beginners!
You do need to use your brain and overcome some fears.
Some parts have no explanation and you will need to figure it out, and there is no emergency exit from each activity (from what I saw) so you would have to finish the course to leave.
Would absolutely recommend for a group of friends or couples activity.

My 17 year old daughter and I had a great time Treetop Trekking. It was a fun way to have a work out and test our mind over matter skills. Staff were friendly and supportive. Albert gets a special shout out for encouraging and cheering me and my daughter on, increasing our confidence and remembering our names! All the staff did a nice job and he was an extra stand out.
We did the package where you can do the highest course. We stopped short of that one, completing 3 of the 4. Although Albert was encouraging us to go for it, we were both hot and tired at that point. I figured going out on a high (even if it wasn't the 'highest') was a good choice for us.
