Stay away from the four points Sheraton Miami Beach. It's not a safe area. We were robbed! Set up! The hotel is not safe! Their employees let people in who have no business being there

Had a really nice walk along Collins Avenue. Plenty of parks to go to if wanting a seat and picnic. Caught the bus back which was manic. A really nice gentleman helped me with changing a note as bus rides don't give change.

There are affordable restaurants in the area. I'd check with your hotel concierge for suggestions on restaurants within walking distance that are in your price range.
