Much more than a walk-thru zoo, this historic tropical garden and nationally accredited zoo features a full day of wildlife experiences to delight guests with the natural world to inspire the conservation of our planet's remaining wild areas and their wondrous inhabitants.

Discover the wonders of South America featuring a Giant anteater, Cotton-top tamarins, and more. Get wildly close to the Malayan tigers at viewing windows. Hand-feed the herd of giraffe plus enjoy your favorite animals like lions, monkeys, and bears. Naples Zoo is one of only four zoos in the nation to feature the fierce YouTube-favorites: African honey badgers. Plus discover rarely seen species including Malagasy fosas and 2 of less than 20 striped hyenas in the nation.

Ask those questions you've always wondered about at the Meet the Keeper Series. Be fascinated by rare creatures during premier wildlife shows. Cruise through islands of monkeys, lemurs, and apes. Watch our professional staff hand-feed American alligators while dispelling popular myths. Snap great photos and learn the facts behind the fiction at a venomous snake talk. It's wild fun from apes to zebras.

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is a nonprofit organization cooperating in conservation programs both in and outside the wild for endangered species. The zoo is nationally accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the organization that sets the highest standards for wildlife care, education, and conservation. The garden also holds accreditation by The Morton Register of Arboreta and is a member of the American Public Gardens Association.

For a small zoo, they fit in a lot of animals (which will either make you want to go or not want to go). My 1.5 year old Nephew loved the lions and the alligator feeding. Also the monkey boat ride was a nice way to end the afternoon at the zoo. They don't kill you with admission prices and... More

We went with my 8 and 11 year old for a quick visit. It only took us about 1 1/2 hours to see everything, but you could take longer if you do the extras. You can feed the giraffes for $5 or ride a camel for around the same amount. This was fun and just long enough to keep their... More

We had visited here years ago when this was Caribbean Gardens. The City of Naples has since purchased this, and it is now operated as a not for profit. Good use of educational resources, friendly and professional staff, grounds and animal areas seemed very clean. The included boat tour was done in a way that was respectful of the animals... More

Nice park/zoo. Don't miss the alligator feeding! Also you can feed giraffes. The boat ride through monkey islands was cool.

Small zoo, easy to traverse. Lots of educational exhibits. Interesting diversity. Take the boat to see the primate exhibit.

I highly recommend the Naples Zoo to people of all ages. The Giraffe and Primate exhibits are terrific. All the animals can be seen clearly and there is a nice variety.

Great way to spend a few hours. Buy tickets ahead online and save a couple of dollars. Arrive at 3pm and receive a bigger discount (zoo closes at 5:00). For adults, a couple of hours is all you need. We had time to see animals, the Giraffe feeding, looped back to see the Gator feeding and took the last boat... More

My family enjoyed spending an afternoon here. The zoo was a good size, with plenty to do, but it was walkable for my young children. Being able to feed the giraffes was the personal highlight for my family.

My husband and I made the hour trip to the zoo from Ft Myers. A lovely zoo, which was originally a botanical garden. The zoo is small, in comparison to our local Philadelphia Zoo BUT has lots of interesting interactions and is very relaxing.

I visited the zoo for the first time this week. It was nice but really suited best for children. The zoo is set up on a 1 mile loop so it's not too big or too long. It's also quite level and easy walking. There is not a wide variety of animals as you would see at a zoo in... More
