Great Library

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good selection. Nice facilities. Parking is available even though there are not a large number of spots. A good place.

We frequent this branch of the Collier County Library system which is one heck of a system. Borrowed books can returned to any branch and if you're looking for a specific book and it's not in that branch's inventory, they search all other locals to locate said book. Plus CCL has a great electronic book lending service once you get... More

This library is very special because of the staff. They are the nicest and most friendly people ever. They have gone out of their way time after time to be helpful and welcoming. Their web site (through Collier County Library system) is easy to navigate and the collection is extensive and even includes many classic old movies.

Lely Regional and Marco Island are gems! Have not been to the Central Avenue location, but online experiences and visits to these two branches and the one on Orange Blossom? are all 5 star. Staff and volunteers are very helpful. The branches also have great used book choices for one dollar or less.

Wow.....amazing. Just got our library cards. We were thinking we were dinosaurs looking for dvds to rent.....but we found them. All at the library for free. Plus books on tape. New favorite place!!!!!

Naples has a lot of libraries but this one was the first and has that old school feeling with modern day technology. I live near the new branch on Orange blossom which is really nice too but there's something about the downtown one I really love

White on the outside, dark wood on the inside. LARGE children wing. Movies are in the back. Plenty of space for tutoring or quiet studying at large tables that are separate from the children's wing. This library offers a lot of programming. Speedy self check-out is a recent addition. Don't miss the books for sale near checkout - they are... More

Very large and beautiful library. My 92 year old dad goes every morning and we joined him on our visit to Florida. They have a book sale during the summer and we got a ton of really nice hard cover books for .50! Can't beat that !

This library is a really great place to be cool and sit in comfortable easy chairs or at reading tables. There is ready access to computers--just ask the librarian--and you can sit and read magazines and newspapers. There are interesting displays to peruse and a wonderful children's room with a big selection of books and supervised computers that the kids... More
