At a temperature of 87 degrees, Warm Mineral Springs contains 9 million gallons of fresh water which replenishes itself every two hours. This natural resource is comprised of 51 minerals, which is the highest mineral content of any natural spring in the United States. The spring has been added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places partly because it is one of the most important underwater archeological sites in America. During exploratory dives in the 1950s, the remains of a prehistoric hunter and seven other humans were discovered in a very well preserved state. Similarly, evidence of several creatures have been extracted from the spring, including saber tooth tigers, giant sloths, tortoises, and even camels. Today, with a goal of increased wellness for everyone, Warm Mineral Springs offers a natural experience to residents and visitors alike who want to soak in the warm waters.

Warm salty waters flow around the pond and offer soothing, healthy minerals to the skin and hair. The mild, overcast day was wonderful for the visit. Recommended that you bring your oversized hats and sunglasses; perhaps, neck shades. Chairs are provided. It appears the only...More

No dr could rid my excruciating pain. I could not walk at all. I remembered the healing powers in the springs, so I soak the whole day. When I came out, no pain and I regained walking. Such a miracle!!!! Madeline2

We took a quick tour of this place and felt as if we were stepping into a 1950's Florida Post Card. It is true OLD florida and a quirky place in an idyllic setting. This is not for those offended easily by odors. There are...More

A nice warm place to soak your aching joints and muscle. Help my wife with her pains in her shoulders. Water smells like sulfur but you won't mind if you know that you are there for the therapeutic properties.

Daughter had half hour massage and she said it was fantastic. I waited while she had it done and people therefore sure I was comfortable. That's sad polite and very attentive. Will go back again.

The staff was very friendly, the grounds were beautiful and the water was nice! We decided to explore this on a day trip and found it very interesting. Locals talk of a 10,000 year old human and animal burial site deep within the spring. The...More
