Insider`s Tour of Ocala`s Horse Country. Jan to June is foaling season! And yes, you will see newborns. Get "Behind the Gates" and get an exclusive look behind the scenes of 3 locations to get up close to horses of different breeds, disciplines and meet the people train and care for them. An avid horsewoman and and long time resident of Ocala`s Horse Country, Karen shares her enthusiasm, knowledge and ability to enter the inner circles of some of the most beautiful farms in the area. M-SAT. Tours are by reservation only. Start 8:45 to aprox 12. This tour requires a lot of walking. And not suitable for children under 10. This is a small "Boutique" trip with not more than 10 people.

The owner/guide/driver is a wealth of info. The farms are fascinating. The horses are amazing. I was not sure it would be worth the price but it is. I absolutely love horses.

Our guide really knew her business and took us to several locations to see and interact with horses. From very experienced to novice, this is interesting for every level of equine enthusiast.

Wonderful day spent driving from farm to farm on a beautiful sunny day. It was so enjoyable being around the horses and looking at the nicely groomed farms. Would do it again!

My brother and his wife, who are horse people, came for a visit. Since Ocala is the horse capital of the world, we booked a tour of local horse farms. It was fantastic.

Thank you ! Diane is wonderful and I am glad you enjoyed the Tour!! Too many horses in my life gave me bad knees. If we see you again, I will not be recovering from a Total Knee Replacement!!

Hi Kids are allowed but they have to be very, very well behaved. It is not one for very young ones. To be honest, any kids under 12 seem to get bored. They love the horses of course but it seems that they get really antsey... More

Hello!! We do not advertise afternoon tours but will schedule one with 4 + people. If you are a Thoroughbred Racing Fan, you will want to do the morning Tour.
