This museum is tucked away just off the market place. It is well worth a visit for anyone interested in the local history. Watch out for the activities for children in the school holidays. Latest addition is a great little coffee shop.

To me so much better than the bigger museums as they seem so much more personal with staff who are clearly enthusiastic. Highly recommended.
