We liked the Kilimanjaro Safari (tour viewing African animals) and the Festival of the Lion King (live costume show with singing, dancing, gymnastics; very colorful). And lots of great African music in the public areas -- lunch, loiter, and enjoy.

This is the newest attraction that just opened this February. Well worth planning to stay and close the park. Beautiful display of water, lights, music and lasers. Truest enjoyable. Stand-by line went fairly well. For better seats use a fast pass.

Always enjoy seeing the wide range of animals. Got drenched on a water ride 😊 kids loved the roller coasters. Bugs life show was fun. Dino land area was good for younger kids.

It has been several years since my last visit. Great job Disney on the changes. This park is exciting and fun equally for all ages. The tree lady! Omg! Fabulous. Great drinks and food. Tarzan could work on his interaction skills but fortunately 3 year olds didn't notice.

many visits over the last 10 years. We find this is the most relaxed of the parks. love the shows, Kilimanjaro Safari is the crowing jewel here. be prepared for a lot of walking up and down due to the nature of the grounds. Its a struggle if you have knee problems or if you are pushing a wheelchair or... More

We really did enjoy animal kingdom although I did feel as though maybe there wasn't as much to do here as there is in the other parks. Or perhaps we just got round it all really quickly. The park has some great rides, our favourite was Everest. For my 3 year old there wasn't a great deal she could do.... More

We thought we'd go to Animal Kingdom for the day recently. We'd only been there once 12 years ago. We went on a Tuesday in February. The park was so packed we could hardly walk from place to place much less take in many attractions. The Restaurants were totally packed with hour waits for a table.Even the small food stands... We recently visited Animal Kingdom and watched their new show Rivers of light - it was amazing!! Super high-tech and different. Would definitely recommend visiting more than one day. They are also under construction in a few places, but Disney is so good that you don't even notice. The Tree also have a light show at night that looks awesome.
