Parking is NOT free at Disney resort hotels! The fee ranges from $13 a night at value resorts, $19 a night at moderate resorts and $24 a night at deluxe resorts. This added fee went in to affect March 2018!

April is hard to for me to say, the beginning of April will still have public school's spring break and as you get closer to Easter (April 21st) you have to deal with private schools/religious based schools being off for Easter break.
