Fun for the Kids

The kids had a great time, Life guards were very well trained. Food and drink average, rooms was retro-classical International Drive.

Have stayed here several times to give hotel benefit of the doubt. Accommodations are clean and very nice but the AC is horrible. Does not matter what room you are in, AC can not get room to comfortable temperature. Hard to sleep when the outside temp is cooler than the room. This is an ongoing problem and I am not... More

We did not stay at this resort. We paid to use the water park for the day. It was over crowded and disgusting. A life guard got sick and vomited all over a heavily traveled walk way. None of the employees were interested in cleaning it up. Instead they let people walk through the vomit and did nothing to stop... More

The room's cleanliness was below average at best. The air conditioner was not working when we got there at 11pm in the evening...had to turn it down to 65 degrees to make it bearable to sleep. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly and had to be looked at 3 times in 5 days. The water park is a total mob scene... More

Resort structure is entry from outdoor to your room. There are several buildings, we stayed in room 3207. Room is pool view. No Balconey. There are two pool areas, the water park and pool/hot tub. On site convience store. laundry available which was nice to dry towels. Resort provides pool towels, however the towel size is more like a gym... More

It was kind of cool having a water park at the hotel. However, any time there was a cloud in the sky, they closed the park. Rain is a part of everyday life in Florida, they need to learn how to deal with it. Most of the time, the lines were reasonable. However, on the weekends, they VASTLY oversell admissions.... More

We paid for a Day Pass through Groupon for just the waterpark. As we drove up to the hotel, I was glad we didn't stay there as I am admittedly a bit of a hotel snob. It was obviously an older property with exterior hallways. When we got inside the waterpark, I was BEYOND impressed! The area was clean and... More

The service was a mess. They charged my card twice without telling me they lied to me. My room didn't get cleaned until after 6pm

There were several areas that were so dirty they made me cringe, and I'm not a neat freak. I wonder if the writers of these positive reviews have older kids they can send off on the slides and haven't witnessed these areas themselves. The staircase of the orange slide was coated in filthy brown grime. The restrooms were disgusting (I... More

Coco Key is a good value for the money. You can make it to the parks easily and have a reasonable water park back at your hotel. Make no mistake this is not a full blown water park like wet 'n wild or aquatica but nonetheless it is a nice value
