This mail has all levels of shopping from reasonable to luxury. Flagship stores are Dillards, Macys and JC Penney. The Florida Hotel has an entrance directly into the mall. The food court has many options and was large and accommodating. I will visit again next time I’m in Orlando.

The Florida Mall has improved a lot since my last visit a few years back. Lots of high end retailers peddling their latest wares. Substantial food court (or dining hall) with a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Don’t expect the same type of bargains as you get in the outlets though as these stores aren’t like that.

The mall is honestly amazing but what came to my attention is that some of the stores sell products at really high prices for example I went to a store called fxa and the squishy toys were quite expensive and not of very good quality. One of the 3 toys I bought broke after 4 or 5 hours and it costed about $10. The employees are extremely nice and well-mannered. The stands set up throughout the mall have a good variety of stuff like toys, phone cases, and other stuff. In my opinion, if you want to get good products at a semi-low price check out the stands. Crayola is also such an amazing place definitely recommend it with kids there is even a playground but the quarter machine has been broken for about 2 months. The mall is over all great lots of variety and great employees.

Jim and I (Annie) went to get sneakers. As soon as we walked in to Dicks Sporting, we were greeted by Denzel (Associate). He heard what we were looking for and first went to men sneakers and he stood with us and also advising us about the support for Jim feet. After we went to women section and also showed me a couple of sneakers with advice. He stood with us until we were satisfied. Denzel has excellent Customer Service Skills.

This shopping mall is very quiet compared to other ones you may find but it is also a lot more expensive. A pair of trainers we have seen that cost 32 dollars in one mall cost 132 dollars in this one. I would definitely recommend going to the Premium Outlets instead as you can find some real bargains and have a lot more choice. However, apart from the prices, it is an okay mall but I don't think we will go back.

Great prices bargains at the mall. Merchants were very helpful and quality merchandise. I had several watches that needed batteries that were reasonably priced. Android phone glass cover was cracked and a replacement cover installed at a low price.
