This tour is one room that looks like rain forest, one room of machinery, and a room of chocolate sculptures. The samples are teaspoons of hot chocolate, and tiny bits of chocolate. Definitely not a great destination.

They shouldn't run groupon deals for when they are closed. Either this is a really good and slimy business model with infinite profit margin, or its klutziness of the highest order. But as a business you know you are going to renovate months in advance. We traveled from Atlanta, paid with groupon and had to tell or two kids we... More

We passed here a few times in April this year, curiosity got the better of us yesterday. I agree to a previous comment here yes it's over priced (stupidly in some cases) but the museum tour was informative and told a few tales, it's ok the tours good but the chocolates a bit pricey especially if you have a few... First of all you are driving by this huge building all week getting your expectations set up for something out of willy wonka( haha). When you finally do make it in there what a let down....... About 3-4 rows of overpriced chocolates about 10 feet long...... I guess there is a room in the back where you can make your... More

Got there excited to take a tour with my Husband on date nite which we hardly have, and got turned away because there was no tour guide. Supposedly I got there too late. I got there at 6:06. The Museum tour ends at 7pm. I walked out seriously mad and saw that even the door says 11am-7pm. The Manager kept... More

We went on a lazy afternoon. The chocolates as you walk in are pure art but tasted so delicious! We went on the tour which was informative and fun. The chocolate sculpture were pretty amazing. Our true guide was great. Took a lot 45 minutes. We got coffee/chocolate drinks for the tour which were delicious. Bought some sweets to take... More

At last - something in the tourist corridor for us chocoholics. My husband and I did the guided tour today which was fun and informative. We also consumed a LOT of chocolate samples towards the end. :) The cafe up front offers a wide variety of lovely, beautifully crafted bonbons, desserts, sandwiches and salads. We had a couple of the... More

This was very informative, interesting and fun. The tour guide was very animated, had a strong clear voice on the speaker she was wearing and made the tour fun. I took alot of pictures of all the world icons ... pyramids, Taj Mahal, busts of presidents, etc Plus you got to try chocolate at the end. Be sure to ask... More
