Lovely neighboorhood

Looks great especially at night. There are some good restaurants But the are is small, so a good stop on your way to the Lake Eola or a good place for dinner.

This area reminds me of a mini Fourth Street live from Louisville! Tons of great local food, live music, clubs & bars. Even if it's one night on the town, do yourself a favor and venture on down. This place is happening!

Church Street is an amazing treasure we stumbled upon on Saturday night. This place is chock full of restaurants, bars, shops, and PEOPLE. We stopped in at Hamburger Mary's where a drag show was going on, and valet parked so avoid walking too much, (because walking is yucky), and also, many drunkards were stumbling around and I was afraid I... Lights, sights and fun. History museum not far for a quick look before night time sights. Spend a summer night enjoying bands, drinks and people for a get away from the cake for a day. Some wonderful smells of great cooking and different kinds of food too.

There is an obvious effort to revitalize an area squeezed between high-rises and along the railroad. Lots of restaurants, but the street looked pretty short to me.

Went there last night and enjoyed the fact that you can roam up and down the street freely. We also really enjoyed the bars and restaurants in that area, particularly Amura Sushi which was phenomenal. Definitely a great place to hang out in Orlando.

Would not recommend visiting here especially at night. Many years ago it was the fun place to visit in Orlando. Now it is just scary. Several of the business are shut down so not much to see or do. Unfortunately it seems that lots of homeless people have taken over the area and some are not very nice. It is... More

I actually stumbled into this place as I was walking around with some friends. The band was playing some really good tunes and getting the crowds in the mood. Loved the atmosphere and the music. Great starting point for a big night out and good spot for a free concert which occurs every Friday and Saturday night.

This area has really gone downhill since our last visit (admittedly some years ago). We remembered a lively area with lots of places to eat, drink, dance (including line-dancing). Much of that has gone. The great places we remembered have closed down and the area seems rather sad and neglected with beggars and drunks on the street. We were so... More

We visited Church Street specifically to watch a basketball game in the Amway Center. We walked from one end to the other, and while nice, I don't think I'd visit this area unless it was to see another basketball game. Church Street has: - Some nice (mostly burger-type) restaurants. - Historic train station worth some pictures. - Theater - Amway... More
