Our server was Tania T. The restaurant was busy but Tania went out of her way to provide excellent service. We did not have to ask for anything. Our food (Chicken Marsala and Cacio e pepe) was wonderful as well.

This shopping/restaurant/site center is a great hangout to see the setup of Universal for free. I've gone with three teams, and we enjoyed wandering, scavenger hunts, food, and shopping. If you can't afford to enter Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure themselves, this is a...More

Unless you like bars, there's really nothing to do. You have to pay $20 for parking. All there is are restaurants and bars. There are a few kiosks and a few stores but not worth paying $20 for parking. Unless you're going to Universal Studios,...More

We were able to walk to Universal City Walk from the the Hard Rock Hotel. Entrance to many clubs was included in our package. We went each night of our three night stay. It was a highlight for us.
