    Timely, helpful, courteous
    We were a family of 9 traveling to Disney World and we needed transportation that could manage a booster seat and 2 car seats. I did some research online and saw that someone recommended Ace, and that was years ago. Did a search for current reviews, all good, so with less than a week to go, contacted Ace Luxury via their website. They responded promptly; I even called them to confirm some items, and moved forward with them. They send you texts the day of travel, keeping you updated as to when the driver is headed your way and when he arrives. Our driver was Walter and he was on time and so helpful. We got to the hotel without issue, and when we were leaving to head back to the airport, same thing. Texts to keep us updated, etc. They run smoothly and efficiently, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs transportation services in the area. The company is professional and reliable and the vans we were in were clean and comfortable. Not more you could ask for! Highly recommend.

    Best Transportation Service
    We used Ace Luxury for our weekend trip to Disney world and I'm so glad we did one of the best experience of our trip for a family of 11 with a toddler. George was our driver for the weekend and he was just amazing that we hope we can get him again for any future return trips to Orlando. Any family looking to book transportation you have found it with Ace Luxury you will get cleanliness, a great professional driver, and the luxury of being worry free of pick ups or drop offs. I never write reviews but this service was amazing and especially our driver George we miss him already the toddler has already asked for him.

    Easy Affordable Transfer Service
    We were a group of 9, and booked Ace Luxury for a transfer to Port Canaveral from a Disney Resort, and then booked them for a transfer from the Port to the Airport. Everything was booked and paid for online and their website is very user friendly. We received emails on the day of transfers to let us know our drivers name and that they were on their way. Our driver to the Port was BASSEM and to the Airport was VJAY. Both drivers were efficient, friendly and very professional. I would definitely book with this company again and highly recommend. Cheaper than Uber and a cab.

Would not hesitate to use Ace on our next return trip to Orlando

We used Ace Luxury Transportation on our recent trip to Orlando for service between the airport and one of the Disney resorts. Pedro, our driver couldn't have been more helpful, he was very courteous, friendly and made sure that we felt safe in his care. I was very impressed with the communication that took place, via text or email, throughout the reservation process all the way through to the pickup at the airport. We chose the Mercedes sprinter van and it was immaculate and car seats were in place, as I had requested. I won't hesitate to use Ace on our next trip to Orlando - very quality oriented and extremely professional.

Ace always provides 5 Star Service

We travel to Orlando frequently for vacation and to visit family and are always so thrilled to use Ace! The cars are always nice and clean. Ace emails/texts you the day before, three hours before, and when your driver arrives, and our drivers have always arrived early. The drivers are always extremely professional, helpful and kind. They also get to park in a very convenient location at MCO, so you do not have to walk far to get to the car. We have used Ace a dozen times now, and they are always so professional, communicative, reliable and reasonably priced for the level of service received. I always compare car services in other cities to Ace but none of the other ones - even much more expensive in big cities - ever stack up! I highly recommend Ace and look forward to continuing to use them in the future!

Great Service!

Ace Luxury Transportation was amazing! I would highly recommend their services to anyone! We used their services both upon our arrival and departure for our vacation destination. It was a big time saver because it was private transportation. Both times, we had Jose as our driver. He was on time and easy to connect with. He was helpful with our large amount of luggage. And he was a safe and courteous driver. Having private transportation through Ace Luxury Transportation was well worth the investment!

Missed help with luggage, vehicle was clean.

We used this for a family vacation, thought I would try verses another service I have used for years.
Driver was on time, vehicle was clean and ready for us. My complaint was he didn’t help with out baggage. Previous services have always helping bring bags to the room.
This service did not, when traveling with children and elderly adults was not the easiest.
If it wasn’t for that I would have been glad to use again.

Ace Transportation is always there waiting for us at the airport and/ or hotel.
Even when our flights are delayed. We use them quite often and never had a bad thing to say.

Smooth communication and transportation to our Disney cruise terminal!

Very smooth experience getting to and from the Disney Wish port terminal. Van was clean and comfortable with a high ceiling that fit a large group of people and multiple bags. Highly recommend this company!

Good transportation

I’m a little late writing this review. We booked a round trip transportation for a family of 26 cruise in July 16, 2023. We have used Ace before and always experienced easy scheduling, great drivers, and no issues with pick up or drop off. This year’s experience was the same except our driver. We had the same driver (I believe his name was Omar) for going to port and returning to airport. We arrived the day before and Omar picked us up at our hotel. My family and I were all ready waiting in the hotel lobby waiting for Omar who arrived on time. Our first impression, it seemed that Omar did not want to be there to handle our transportation. He never said and did anything that was rude however, he was not personable at all. He never greeted us when he arrived, I had to confirm he was here for us. He never talked except for a couple quick questions he had. The entire time it seemed his attitude was hurry up, get in the bus so I can get this over with. Our other drivers from Ace, have been very personable which add to an enjoyable vacation experience. The return tip was the same. Had issue when picking up at the port. Went to the pickup area that was instructed to us only to be told he could not pickup there. We were instructed two more locations the last one was a terminal issue not allowing him at the second location. However each time we moved, we had to lug all of our luggage along with small children. When booking with Ace, a prepaid gratuity is charged for the driver ahead of time. We don’t mind the prepaid gratuity and even tip the driver more in the past for good service. However, I like to tip based on the quality of service I received. With that, I wouldn’t have tip as much as the prepaid gratuity and we definitely did not give any extra. Overall and based on past experiences, Ace is a great transportation company and we would definitely used them again in the future.

The best by far!

Absolutely the best experience from start to finish. We’ve used multiple different transfer options to get from MCO to a WDW hotel and this, by far, was the highest quality, with top notch service and communication. Our driver Jonathan was a rockstar and had an amazing playlist for the ride. Will absolutely turn to Ace for all our transfers in the future!
