The creek is very scenic. On a recent visit (April 2017) we saw a manatee swimming up the creek feeding on algae along the... More

Great opportunity to enjoy natural Florida with a lifted boardwalk for easier walking. Good spots to stop, sit and watch nature.

Such a wonderful piece of paradise in a bustling area. Great nature trails, walks are easy and pleasant. Nice picnic area. Disappointed that the nature center wasn't open, even though we went during open hours. If you like being outdoors and involved in nature, a good place to go.

Boardwalks and trails, walk, bike, hike, kayak, fish, lots of area to cover, tied in with the Malabar Scrub Jay preserve. Spotted 2 scrub hats today along with turtles, herons, cranes, that was just walking 3 miles.

If you want to get away, have some piece and quiet and feel isolated, Turkey Creek is a nice getaway. Lots of shade, may see some animals such as different species of birds, tortoise, snakes, rabbits and alligators by the river. Has a very nice boardwalk and trail for a total of about 2.5 miles of walking. Love walking there... More
