Just like any pier anywhere the fishing is going to depend on a lot of factors the pier can't control so some days may be slower than others. The pier is large and clean, two of the most important things while fishing for long stints....More

Just a very short boardwalk to the beach and water. The water was crystal clear and fairly calm since the wind was out of the north this day. Free parking and very close to the sand.

Rented tackle and paid to fish from pier. Caught a few redfish and had a great time. Beautiful on the pier at sunset.

The keys to enjoying the pier is to get there before it gets crowded & when it's not too humid out. Some days even the breeze doesn't help. That said, the pier provides the opportunity to view marine life that you might not get to...More

Many people were using the pier for fishing and it was pretty packed. We just went out there for the views. I think it is a little silly paying admission to use a public pier ($3 per person) but at least they give you a...More

My dad had such a great time coming out to fish. I believe in the 10 days we was there he came 5 times including one overnight fishing trip. We will be back for sure next time we are in town to fish again.

My family and I go to this pier often to watch the fisherman fish. They love seeing the dolphins in the water playing and eating fish.
