We visited on a Tuesday so we could see the Blue Angels practice and see the mueseum. It is a very interesting and educational mueseum. Also on the Naval base is a lighthouse and an old fort.

It was a highlight of my 9 year olds spring break to be able to go onto a military base. We visited the naval aircraft museum and that was pretty awesome.

Wow! I am local and love love love this place. But someone should talk to the volunteers who work at the museum. Our kids were chastised for playing on a piece of equipment meant to be climbed on and played with. I was with a...More

You do not need a pass if you go to the correct gate. They will request ID there. That gate also takes you to the lighthouse. You must enter through the West gate off of Blue Angels Pkwy.

Think of an airport. If it works to get through TSA, then it will work. Some state driver's licenses do not work for TSA and will not work for this either.
