The spa is the only gig in town, therefore they charge what they want. The facilities are outdated. You must ask for the steam room to be turned on at the front desk otherwsie you can waste time sitting there assuming it's ON. Anyway, the lockers and the room are teeny tiny with one mirror and the towel drop is conveniently located at the front desk, all the way back near the entrance. (Highly awkward and inconvenient) There are NO snacks, apples or nuts so be prepared to starve. If you need to to shower, the showers are old and the plumbing is hesitant. Also if you need a hair dryer, they are controlled at the front desk and need to be requested. So I walked in my towel to the front desk so I guess theft of hair care appliances are a serious issue. If you forgot deodorant, have no fear they don't have any. The pools nice. The pool peole are nice. And the Services are decent. The Club needs to UP their game.

If you have any service at all, you get access to the facilities for the day. That includes a lot, like the spa pool. They have great food and cocktails poolside and there’s another area to eat inside as well. I’ve booked gel manicures and pedicures here before to get access to the pool and amenities. My advice is save your money on the 60 dollar manicure. My nails were chipping 24 hours later. I was really frustrated. The pedicure was so/so for 70 dollars. It wasn’t bad... it wasn’t great. They have cheaper, basic pedicures that are around 60. The massages and other treatments are really great, but they are expensive. So where’s what i suggest if you’re on a budget, get the wash and blow out for your hair. It’s fifty dollars (20 percent tip included in that price) and they do an amazing job. Book it at the end of the day so you can leave there fresh and clean. Enjoy.

The Spa at PV Inn & Club is my go-to spa whenever I feel the need for true pampering. I consider myself very lucky to live close by. This spa rivals the spa at the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island. The spa is in its own building on the ground of the Inn & Club. It is spacious and the facilities are sparkling clean. I love the additional amenities such as the on-site full service restaurant for lunch, where you can even dine in your spa robe! There is also a beautiful outdoor pool with waterfalls and terraces. The patio furniture is so comfortable and it's a great place to relax between treatments. Locker rooms offer ample changing and storage space. There is an indoor hot tub as well. Treatment rooms are very tranquil. I have been back many times and this will continue to be my spa of choice.

Total relaxation in a beautiful and relaxing enviroment. This spa is a very large self contained building seperate from the hotel. Beautiful entrance, friendly & professional staff, high quality and standards for treatments, service and food is wonderful. Girlfriends day at the spa was quite a treat. When you have a service at the spa you have complete access and use of entire facility including a beautiful hydortherapy pool, sun loungers, restaurant, luxurious locker room with all the spa amenitites you can imagine. I would fly there just for a day to do it all again.

Spa treatments were over 250 on Feb 16. Sat by there pool and it was not usable. Very disappointed. I have done other visits and this had never happened. The facility is older and it needs repair.

The first time I visited The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club was with my husband for a couple's massage. And this experience was the epitome of a spa experience. And my husband loved it, too! From the fantastic service to the wonderful food and the many amenities, we had quite the enjoyable day. First of all, the couple's massage is worth the splurge: both of you are in a suite together where you get your massages side by side. Then they leave you to enjoy the suite and its amenities (private jetted tub, steam shower, and private outdoor veranda) for another couple of hours. After we left the suite, we were able to enjoy the rest of the spa's facilities for the rest of the day: outdoor heated pool, saunas, hot tubs, and cafe/lounge area. I've since been back for my own and my cousin's bridal spa days. Each visit has been just as good. There is a lot to be enjoyed about this spa, but one of the best is that you are allowed to use the entire spa the entire day of your service. Book a manicure for first thing in the morning, and stay and relax the rest of the day. Be sure to bring swimsuits and books/magazines. They generally frown upon cell phone use in the spa. This doesn't need to be an all-day visit, but when you have access to all the amenities, why wouldn't you make it an all day visit? Children under the age of 18 aren't allowed.

Although I am not a frequent spa visitor this by far was the best massage I’ve ever received. Facilities were top notch I enjoy the hot tub ,sauna and steam room before a fabulous 50 minute massage by Chyana(spelling?). This was by far the most thorough and invigorating deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. I was amazed that she was able to do everything in the 50 minutes as it felt like two hours. Can’t recommend her enough

I recently experienced the Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa for the first time and had an amazing time. From the moment you walk in you are automatically relaxed before you even do anything. The staff that checks you in is very friendly and professional. After we checked in another staff member showed us around the spa, it is a beautiful facility. I had never been there but my sister had. They have a nice locker room with plenty of lockers to put your stuff in. I wish they had a couple of more private changing rooms there is only one in the locker room. There are also three showers (they could probably use a couple more showers as well) and they are very clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The robes and slippers they give you are very comfortable.

My sister and I both had signed up for massages which we both really enjoyed. Before our massages we enjoyed the sauna and steam room We also sat outside for a while and relaxed. They have food and beverage service by the pool which is really nice, however we weren't able to experience this. This is my only complaint about our day. There were servers going around waiting on guests but no one ever came to us. At first I thought you had to go to them but I noticed no one else was doing that. Sure we could have gone to the little hut and ordered something but we shouldn't have to do that when clearly there are servers waiting on others. That was disappointing.

The spa is expensive but it is definitely worth it. I've already booked again for a day with my daughter and niece.

3 visits here. Once with mil, once with bff, once with hubby. Beautiful and tranquil. Tour given for first time guests. Love the locker rooms with plush robes and slippers. Also love whirlpool spa, steam room and sauna. Services are very pricey and I’ve had better mani pedi at local nail places near my house. You are paying for a day of luxury lounging at the pool and having attentive and friendly wait staff that make you feel special. Cheese tray and shrimp wrap very tasty and champagne drinks pack a punch. This place is a real treat.

This was my first time at this spa and it was a birthday treat to myself. Location - easy to find & easy to park. Ambiance - beautiful spa, nice lobby, the locker rooms at times got a bit crowded but overall very nice. Food - the lunch at the restaurant was fabulous. Staff - welcoming & friendly. The only issue I had that was staff related was there is a service desk once you enter into the women’s locker area. Since I was getting several services I stopped at the desk to find out the time for my next service. There was no one sitting there but there were 2-3 women standing right there in the desk area chit chatting & neither acknowledged that I was even standing there until someone else walked up & asked if I had been helped. Services - All the services I received were really good except the massage. I seriously felt like since the massage was in the last time slot for the day she was just tired and ready to go. I left feeling like I hadn’t even had a massage. Overall I felt the price I paid for as many hours as I was there, lunch, the number of services I received and the use of all the amenities was a good value. I would definitely go again I just either won’t get a massage or will ask for one earlier in the day.
