What better way to take in the uniqueness of the beaches at Cape San Blas...

What better way to take in the uniqueness of the beaches at Cape San Blas than by horseback? Our forgotten coast boasts being one of the only remaining vacation destinations in the country which allows our visitors to enjoy horseback riding on the beach. A relaxing ride next to the waves of the gulf is just another way to experience the laid back atmosphere of our area. We set our pace to the rhythm of the waves that wash ashore while taking it all in... the seashell showered beaches, colorful sunsets and on lucky days we even see happy dolphins playing! Also, there are plenty of photo opportunities during your ride.

My husband and I had a very nice and romantic ride! We rode on Bug and Preacher. The reservation (before and after) was very organized. I would highly recommend the sunset ride and the photo package (with image corrections). The pictures turned out absolutely wonderful. It was nice purchasing the photo package. That way, we didn't have to worry about... More

We have used Two Bit Stables twice now and both times our experience has been wonderful. The horses are well trained and the guide is very knowledgeable. Their new online registration is fast and easy to use. Highly recommend booking early, as slots and times fill up quickly!!!

We booked two separate rides-one for 3pm and the other for a sunset ride. Due to county regulations only 6 can go out a time. We had 9 in our crew. Kimbre and Cheryl (Kimbre's mom) were friendly and made us feel right at home. It was an easy ride right on the beach and very relaxing. Requires no prior... More

We booked a ride in the afternoon for 6 of us on a family vacation. Kimber and Cheryl were right on top of everything and made the kids feel at ease the whole ride. This is a good way for inexperienced riders to take advantage of a beach ride. The horses are beautiful and very well cared for. It was... More

We had a great ride today with Cheryl. Even though there was a storm surge and most of the beach was underwater, the horses picked their way along the edge of the water and kept us on track. The horses were calm even with high winds and waves coming at us. Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas has beautiful beaches and... More

I found the information fro Two-Bit stable on Tripadvisor. Naturally, being skeptical of something I find online, I did a little more homework and called the company. They answered all of my questions, eased my mind about letting my 5 year old daughter ride alone, were overall very friendly. We had a great ride on the beach and my kids... More

I'm so glad everyone enjoyed riding on the beach! We love hearing about little ones reactions. I am happy you called with questions about the young ones riding. As a mother of two young children, I can relate as a parent being cautious; especially with horse rental companies! We strive to provide the best "kids" horses imaginable, and seeing reviews... I requested information on-line and I left a voice mail at the number listed on-line. I received a quick response and all the information needed to book the ride and cost. I added the "picture package" which was expensive but after receiving the pictures(fully edited), it was well worth the money. The ride was wonderful. The horses were very even... More

I was a single rider allowed to go with a family. It was a nice gentle ride along the beach. It was a lot fun. There is no galloping or running, a gentle walk. The horses were well trained. They knew exactly what they were doing. Several children went in the group and the horses did well with them. I... More

My wife and I have never ridden a horse before but wanted to give it a try. Cheryl was our guide and made the hour ride on the beach easy and memorable. We just walked so if you are looking for a faster ride I'd inquire in advance. Great experience for us
