We went to the park and visited Eagle Bay several days over Spring Break to enjoy some calm water for kayaking and paddle board. We had a ton of fun finding sea urchins, star fish, sand dollars, and horseshoe crabs. A great spot for young kids and families.

Beautiful unspoiled natural area of Florida. Walk up to the Gulf through the gorgeous white sand dunes was just breathtaking. The beach in this park was beautiful. Ranger at the entry station was knowledgeable and helpful.

We spent a long weekend here in our RV. The site was great - provided privacy. Saw an abundance of wildlife and loved sitting outside at night and listening to the waves. Will definitely stay here again!

If you like snow white sand beaches with little use by others, this is the place to visit. Excellent hiking trails, fishing and rental of kayaks and more. Good place for birding as well. There is an abundance of brown pelicans, cormorants and anhingas. There is a wilderness area that great for exploring. A good chance to see an alligator... More

Nice quiet visit to a beach without the crowds - even in the middle of spring break. Just what we needed a wonderful place to have the beach to yourself.

Very calm and beautiful beach. Huge sand dunes. Very picturesque. Shelling is a must at this beach! Reasonable price. $6.00 for the day. The best place to pick out the largest shells is on the campground. Visitors are not allowed access to the campground without a special permit. Nature trail is phenomenal. Nice beginner trail. There are two sides to... More

Very serene environment. A truly natural landscape with good walking paths. Camp grounds available. Next time we won't bring the dog so we can go into some of the other areas.

This is a great state park for camping, biking, fishing and swimming. Sugar white sand beach and uncrowded too!

Beautiful beaches, never crowded. Restroom facilities are close and clean. We never have much luck snorkeling on the bay side, but the beautiful gulf side makes up for it. I would love to stay in one of the cabins, but they are always booked. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to spend a day here!

We were not staying at the campground (and don't want to because of bugs) so paid the $6 to enter the park for the day in order to kayak. We put in at Bayview and kayaked to point of Cape San Blas. Recommend leaving at low tide in order to stop along the sandbars in the bay. We ate lunch... More
