Doesn't matter if you served in the military or not, this is a very enjoyable small museum staffed by volunteer's who have done a great job. I have made two visits over the years and enjoyed both. All the displays are made from donations and it's definitely a great learning experience.

I love visiting this museum! There is so much to see and the exhibits are fantastic. The volunteers who work there are great people! They are very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to them. The cost is free and they accept donations to cover costs. This is well worth a visit.

The museum contains artifacts and items from the Civil War through the current battles against ISIS. Many awards, photos, and citations are displayed. There are approximately 150 model airplanes as well as ship models and photographs. Volunteer staff is ex-military and will explain displays and offer stories. The museum is located in Fisherman’s Village and is free of charge. If... More

Small but very interesting museum. The owner is very proud of our military veterans. I am retired USAF. I appreciate their efforts and dedication.

There is a lot of information in this tiny location. The cool thing is there are veterans there you can talk to and ask questions (and thank for their service)! I highly recommend this museum.

We stopped in after have a great lunch in the Village. The museum is loaded with artifacts and paraphernalia. There were two ex military personnel there to enhance your visit. A great place to visit.

The Military Heritage Museum has quite a few items from past Wars in history. The volunteers are quite helpful and the visual items are quite interesting. Plan on spending at least an hour to walk thru and view everything. This museum is free but they have a donation box, should you like to contribute.

This small museum contains a wealth of memorabilia, most of it donated by local military personnel and their families. It is well displayed and the "docent" on duty was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit.
