Must see the Indian mound, stroll the peaceful park, snap pictures of the water view, sink your feet to the ample sand beach, hear the birds..just plain tranquility on a slow stroll.

Philippe Park is beautiful, shady and full of family fun. We have launched our jet ski from the park, it's a near-perfect launch site being centrally located in Tampa Bay, it is also a great location for kayaking. I have been to weddings and birthday...More

I have always loved the serenity of this park. The overhanging trees and the access to Tampa Bay is nice. Not good for swimming I think. Nice playground for children

This is my favorite park in the area. Close by to the town of Safety Harbor. The park has a lot of shade due to oak and palm trees, nestled next to the Tampa Bay waters. Plenty of areas to park and enjoy a picnic...More

This bayside park is a nice relaxing place to go to to enjoy the surrounding sights and just totally relax. You can walk but it is not a trail type of park. The scenery here is great, trees, spanish moss, water front, etc...

Perfect or casual solo visits to cooperate functions. Pavilion rentals are inexpensive but be sure to book ASAP because they fill quickly. Fun fishing, pitch a hammock, rest, relax and enjoy the historic, peaceful picturesque views. You may even see a dolphin, manatee or stingray.

I bring my 3 year old boy and his brother of 1.5 and they enjoy this park a lot, especially when there are other kids playing, which happens almost always.
