I love coming out here - but I will warn you that parking is an issue. The pier and beach is pretty well-maintained. There are bathrooms on-site and some food options nearby.

Hit up the pier on a good wave day to see local surfers. There is lots to do including volleyball and other out side games in the park. Walk across the street for a drink at Salt Life. Irie Mon.

It's a nice stop after riding around. It's an excellent fishing spot, just don't hook the surfers! Bring a cooler since the facility is quite a distance. People are nice, they stop to ask questions or curious as to your catch.

We enjoyed a short walk on the pier. It costs $1, and got us out to feel the breezes. A young man caught a small hammerhead shark as we reached the end of the pier. Poor little shark got thrown back in. It's a short...More
