Make sure you include visiting this immaculately kept church in the middle of the historic area. Impressive stained glass windows and hauntingly beautiful altars.

We stop there every year for either Mass or to say a prayer and visit the gift shop. With the mission gift store destroyed by Hurricane Mathew it is the best place to go.

I have been to so many magnificent churches this ranks better than average, but is not near the top of the list. If in town, there is no reason not to see it.

Love this church. Not as grandiose as I've seen but still saw a difference in architectural styles. Did not take a tour so may have missed some important facts. If you like churches I would recommend.

The stained glass depictions of Saint Augustine's life are phenomenal and reminiscent of any of the cathedrals in eastern France or western Germany. Mainly because the glass came from the same suppliers in 1909. It is clear why the cathedral was elevated to a minor basilica, it is beautiful both inside and out. A stop for those that appreciate religious... More

We really enjoyed visiting the Basilica Cathedral .Beautiful Roman Catholic Cathedral. We had a chance to say some prayers. But missed mass. I sure that would have been special to us.

The architecture is beautiful. I love going there. If you have the opportunity to go to Mass there, it is special for sure.
