Great living history demonstration with lots of great tales about surgery and medicine in the colonial period. We loved our tour guide who helped us get an abbreviated tour so we would' t the last trolley.

This is a quaint little museum located not far from the fort. They take you on a tour of how they did the medical stuff back in the day. As a nurse, this was very intriguing to me!

Be prepared for some gory details but it was very informative. I especially enjoyed hearing about the plants used for ailments. It is a presentation that lasts about 50 minutes.

Our guide, Lorenzo, was well informed regarding the time period and subject. This was a fascinating look back into history of the medical profession. How far we've come since then!!
