Good brochures with many local discounts but the staff can not answer basic questions --- should at least be better education as a visitor center

The visitors center opens at 8:30 am, so you have plenty of time to plan out your day. Most shops & attractions don't open until 10 or 11:00 am. Jump on a trolley to get the stories and sites and relax. This place is amazing!

We went to visit this and we learned it is no longer there. We asked individuals in the visitor's center to confirm and it has not been there for some time years.
